Weeping Bier

This mirrored Kleenex dispenser is giving rise to (broccoli) trees, directly from tissue; on one side made by humans (Kleenex) and the other by insects (wasps nest). There is a direct link between the tree and the human product produced and consumed.        The words on the four sides of the dispenser connect the four cardinal directions (North, East, South & West) with their associative emotional, physical and spiritual properties, suggesting a link between the domains of physical resource extraction and spiritual principals, interweaving the personal and universal.
